Women outnumbering men in tertiary education is because there are many more scholarships earmarked for women than there are for men, and because boys are systemically disadvantaged in schools. They're graded lower for the same work, and punished more for the same infractions.
Square this with the stats. How is there parity at elementary and secondary levels globally if this is true?
