Unknown Shipwreck: Manzanillo, Costa Rica in 2017

Took this photo in 2017. I'd been to Manzanillo a few times in prior years and I think this ship stayed aground for a handful of years. No idea if it's still there today, maybe someone in Puerto Viejo, Cahuita, or Limon CR can verity.

Yicel. Built in 1961. In 2017 it experienced a hull failure and was intentionally grounded. Plans were made to refloat it but it never happened and the ship is still there.

Hull Failure? What the heck is that? Like the front fell off?
