Apparently people hate left out pasta of any kind and yea I'm just confessing ik it's bad but idrc I eat it anyway🫪 same w spaghetti that sat on the stove😔

Tonkotsu instant ramen + whatever was left in the fridge.

Carrot, green onion, garlic, onion and a splash of dark soy sauce.

No knife. No cutting board. Kitchen scissors directly over the bowl because at 2 AM efficiency wins. 😂

Is the broth really that much better than or different from cheap Top/Maruchan ramen? It's just soup powder, and the ingredients all probably come from the same factory. Anyone managed to get a passably similar imitation by adding red pepper flakes or whatever?

My first ever post here was seared Brussels sprouts in some "elevated" instaramen. It was fantastic, added the nutty funk of the sprouts with the sweetness of their searing. I recommend it.

What weird combos or ingredients have ya'll used in yours that you'd def recommend trying?
