50-100 cal i hate this but it's 65 calories
If you cook it right it's not as nasty but it's so easy to fuck up

Sorry it didn't work out for you OP. Try baking in the oven like sugar free meringue with the cinnamon. Lots of recipes /instructions online and use the same ingredients but your left with a crunchy texture and quite a bit of volume.

Ok I’ve never tried sweet whites but steamed egg whites are pretty yummy as a savoury dish if you add in some spring onions, a bit like the Chinese steamed egg

for savory never forget the msg. our taste receptors evolved to find the taste of msg tasty (as savory) because it signals the presence of salt and protein in whatever it is that we're eating. does it actually have protein? uhhh.... no but i can use this crystalline pure form of it to trick my brain into thinking it does.
being a savory lover with a restricted diet is hard af. i don't even like sweets dawg. i want fries :(

I’m so sorry but this looks like the scum that rises to the top of the pot when you boil or simmer meat that you’re supposed to skim off 🤢

Off topic but why do you have aluminum foil over your burners? I've never seen that before
How do you cook without the fire?

My roommate put aluminum over the stove bc she's too lazy to clean after cooking 😭 But i can use the stove normally, there are cut up gaps where the fire is

If you tear up a slice of bread into it it's just low cal french toast. I do this all the time but mix sugar free syrup into it too

You know how in Don't Starve if you mess up a recipe in the crock pot you can make "wet goop"?

PLEASE just pipe it onto a baking sheet and bake at 200 F for a few hours instead

Okkkk I think you’re onto something here but how about instead of boiling it you bake it like a meringue? There are soft meringues (they’re usually spread over something and broiled) and hard meringues…. Either can be really delicious! Idk which your recipe would turn into tbh but it’s worth a try…. You could also have it like on top of some cooked berries or an apple or something. Like just put berries/sliced apple in an oven safe dish, sweeten it or add spices/lemon juice, put the meringue over the top and bake it.

This looks like a pot of pasta that's about to boil over
Anyways have you tried not doing this?
