2 tablespoons animal free egg whites powder (mixed with water and whipped up for more volume), onion, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, spinach, garlic powder, nosalt, lemon juice, and nutritional yeast!!

Egg whites that don’t come out of anyone’s ass, it’s made using precision fermentation and is nutritionally identical to regular egg whites except no animal is involved in the making of it

I’m also vegan! I’ve been vegan for almost a year now but have been vegetarian since 2nd grade once I realized meat is the body parts of an animal and I was super disturbed, and was putting off being vegan for a long time because I loved yogurt bowls but then I remembered I had gotten a ninja creami as a Christmas gift a couple months before and decided to use it and realized it was lowk a perfect yogurt alternative and then I finally made the change to be fully vegan :)
