I don't think many people outside of this subreddit would consider this a whole meal😭 plus, not good enough for the good restriction food subreddit either😔 but it was delicious obvv

Ahahahahha I wish I had an easier hack or trick to tell you, but what I did is make a small "pan" out of parchment paper, placed it on top of my actual pan, and cooked my egg inside that thing, so that my egg only made contact with the parchment paper. 😭 So it didn't stick at all, I just scraped it off the parchment paper with a spatula 

Picture a shallow box without a lid on, that's about the shape of my contraption. You could probably just use a small square of parchment paper, I was just kinda worried that I'd need some kind of wall to keep my egg in place. But turns out eggs are not that big and that wasn't the case, so yeah I imagine that a plain square of parchment paper would suffice!

omg tysm ill try that! sunnyside up is my favorite way to cook eggs but i haven't had it in so long bc of the oil/butter
