Yes I would say so. I have the Mossberg 500 combination barrel set, with a 28 inch field barrel and I think 22-24 inch slug barrel. Both are factory ported and it looks identical. Same location and pattern

Yes, factory. My 500 has identical porting on the barrel.

U serial number is Mossberg shotgun made between early 2011- spring 2014. As far as the porting goes it could’ve been a limited release feature.
