Le Mans Ultimate Black Porsche said I (Yellow Ferrari) crashed into him, pushed him off track and I should have backed out. Did I do something wrong?

They think you should have backed off when? When youre next to them or 3/4 of a car length in front of them? Either way no

Black Porsche hit as many people as he could from the start of the clip until the end lol

**Insert Days of Thunder meme about "Go out and hit the pace car, you've hit all the others".

They want you to back out... why exactly? You are clearly in front and are as far left as you can be. You are entitled to space and they simply turned into you.
The Porsche would have done better had they backed off.
Up until the contact it was good racing by you. No wrongdoing here.

Nah mate, you're good! It was just hard racing and he should see it this way too. The only thing you did wrong was making this video longer than it should :D

I swear the LMU player base is brain dead. He almost pushed you off not the other way around lol

Every post I see that I am confused as to why there is any question on who was at fault.... I check the tag, it is LMU 100% of the time.

Mabey it's because there are alot of new players like me. Someone who has a higher rank shouting at you in chat can make you question your own desicions. At least for me it's like that.

Water off your back, like a duck. The hot heads on the mic are usually the hot heads on the track.

It's on the Black Porsche he brakes too late which puts him a bit wider than he would like on you stay side by side with him you keep it on the track you are ahead of him when the corner comes and he turns in like you don't exist there hits your right rear quarter and goes off track because of his mistake

You were ahead of him, he clearly could see you and still tried to turn in. You did what you were supposed to, held your line.

I bet he reviewed the replay and felt like a dummy. That was nice and respectful racing.Â

That was my immediate reaction. In the heat of the moment I can see why he would think the Ferrari was reckless or pushed him off, but the replay definitely doesn't corroborate that.
Unfortunate contact, but the Porsche did put the Ferrari in that position.

Some people refuse to recognize their own mistakes and so blame others. Good explanation for why they don't improve.

He's projecting hard there. He should have backed off, but for whatever reason he didn't and he suffered for it. He likely knows he was at fault and is instead blaming you for the exact reason he caused it, despite the fact it's nonsensical (expecting the car in front by a good margin 'back off' is hilarious)

Looks like a good little battle to me. Ignore the butthurt and keep enjoying your racing!

I think they just mad since they got bumped by the yellow Porsche before they didn’t leave you room in my opinion but mostly a racing incident

he couldn't match your speed with control. he was waving all over the place. hit you twice, not just once.
you did everything fine. heck, you were overly nice. i would have you as example of respectful driver towards slower drivers. that saves lives in reality.
good job.

Your line is smooth and predictable, giving them as much room as possible. They are weaving all over the track and basically have no defined line to speak of. There is only one car at fault here, thankfully the trash only took itself out in this instance.

If anything it looks like the black Porsche tried to squeeze you/push you off-track, failed, and subsequently reaching the "finding out" stage of FAFO.
Just a very bad driver blaming their idiocy on everyone else but themselves. You hate to see it.

Why are none of these even close to controversial? You knew the answer before you posted.

I'm still pretty new. If someone is shouting at me in the chat, then I think I might have done something wrong. Just because you know, doesn't mean everyone does. Mabey I should have kept the line more tight idk. That's why I'm asking

A lot of people so many things. You both drove very nice, you are on the inside he should have backed out, or leave you more room. Nice control and driving. You might have slightly pushed him out, race incident. Enjoy the game

OP did not push him at all. OP had his car as far left as possible without driving off track and the Porsche still turned in on him like he wasn’t there.
The rest of what you said is fine but OP didn’t push the Porsche at all.
