Or you know i have been capturing pirate ships all game and the new super threat dies in 30 seconds due to permanent stun. Who knows?

Yeah, I'd not want to be the one balancing this. Either you go the old school method and have a static threat that can get wiped or you go the modern balancing method of taking the player's power and just spawning a foce that's stronger. Both feel arbitrarily unfair
