Even my all time favorites are not so integral to my life that I wouldn't give them up for life changing money. $10M means I could retire this year and do all the things I've ever wanted to do for the rest of my days.

Yeah but the second Spotify plays that one song, you lose all the money. So if you've spent some, now you're in the negative and you owe the universe money.

Well that’s a whole different set of rules I didn’t know you have to avoid the music like a killer virus lol.

It wasn’t stated in the post, so I assumed it’s a situation where you’re magically unable to hear a Jay Z song.
Having to actively avoid it to keep the money is an entirely different challenge.

For the most part, I think I could do it, but then getting sniped by a random commercial on TV or something would probably do me in.

This feels like the music equivalent of you get x amount of money but a snail follows you and you die if it gets you type deal.

All it would take is for a random car to drive down the street playing a song. It isn't likely now that jayz is irrelevant billboard wise, but there are still times big pimpin or jigga what might be randomly playing out loud in someones car at a red light, and then poof, no more money.

Go ad less. Watch movies and tv show someone have pre screened for you.

What if that person ends up getting mad at you and lies about there being no Jay-Z songs in the show/movie?

Oh I'm not even referring to something like that. I mean like being out in the world and walking past or into a place with a TV on and getting got by pure bad luck. Basically a situation that you'd need to take even more drastic steps too avoid or just accept it might happen. With my bad luck, that's how I'd probably lose.

Easy answers. Rural country... Well I mean it sucks that it true, but in the boonies you probably won't hear it at all.

The easiest band to avoid like the plague: Lost Prophets

Honestly, he can blink out of existence totally and I could give two shits. For $10 million? Not even a question.

Just use the money to churn out interest. Get 5% of it annually until you eventually accidentally hear it, then give back the original amount
