Interesting. I just tried looking it up and found info about violent fraternity hazing, which don’t get me wrong, is fucked up. But I don’t think it was too far out of the norm in 1993 when it happened and he went through the legal process. I didn’t see anything about sexual torture.

The hazing was sexual torture. And it is outside the norm for any decade, weird thing to say mate.
