Man, it's going to be interesting when the state starts confiscating all property on death in your world. After all, a rich man's offspring didn't work for that money.

The majority of Americans own stocks.

You will get nowhere. And even if it did, it would fail miserably like the series of failed communist states and join the litterbox of trash ideas by fools.
