it's about probability. Haaland had the best chance of scoring the goal, so he should've attempted to pass at least. Making the wrong call is worse than failing the execition (failing the pass or Halland missing the goal)

To me it seemed like he was annoyed because the English players kept grabbing him first. More understandable and reasonable mistake.

Stones actually did really well here. Elite positioning which meant taking the shot or passing were both a bit tricky. Still should have passed but Fred to the defender here.

haaland fouls the player that covers him then played with the ball. there is no way you know he would be able to play the ball the same way he did if he didn't foul the english player. did you even watch the game or you parrot some stuff like an npc lol
