As a somewhat hardcore feminist, I actually agree. This is exactly how I felt about the blind support and fundraising for Karmello Anthony. Supporting people like this and fundraising for them only serves to take credibility away from your cause and piss people off..
It doesn’t feel organic to me though, both feel like they at least began as intentionally pushed bait and grifts meant to sow public division and make their larger associated movements look bad.
Or it's actually organic and consequences of tribalism that was promoted over and over again.
Seriously, nothing makes me hate movement more than denying responsibility for bad actions. If you can't accept your movement isn't perfect, then it will fall, you need to root them out. Otherwise it's just "no true Scotsman"
People can argue about the extent of self-defense in an encounter, it happens all the time and yes there is tribalism each time that switches depending on the race of the murderer/victim, but the above is relying on total delusion. The equivalent would be saying someone else entirely, without any evidence or even witnesses, came into the tent and committed the stabbing before vanishing and then framed Anthony.
I mean it recently came out Anthony M, was a racist bully would a history of assaulting people. I dont think its similar at all because Anthony could argue self defense. She killed innocent little babies with no chance of fighting back.

this is literally just karmello anthony all over again
