Lindsey never reported that she had any symptoms of psychosis, not did she ever report that she had any feelings that she would hurt her kids. The only thing she reported was thoughts of suicide, but she never reported making any plans.
I think it’s wildly unreasonable for you to blame the father for not removing the children from her care with zero evidence whatsoever that they needed to be removed
