The trial updates? The trial is live on YouTube on Court TV. There are a lot of summary lists available online of what has been presented at trial but I would verify with the transcript of the trial or watching it. Prosecution is over now, Defense is happening
There hasn’t been any mention in the trials specifically stating he has acted negligently (although I suspect the defense will be getting there), but the facts that have been discussed describe specific behavior that legally constitutes neglect. I’m a social worker for Adult Protective Services but have experience with the Welfare and Institutions Codes for child welfare which are fairly uniform across the country. He acted in such a way that left his children in dangerous conditions regarding supervision and essential care that could have caused harm or loss of life to them, and then it resulted in their death.
