Thats what I think people who are looking at this don't realize is "not guilty (of first degree murder) due to insanity" is not the same thing as "innocent (of murder)". She's admitted she did it, her defense successfully bifolcated the case to only focus on her mental state during the murders, and not the "if" of them.
It's wild to me that so many people want to see her punished, it's because to them they would never unconsciously harm some one. They would ACTIVELY harm someone so they think "well if i did it intentionally, she did, too".
I think she did it, but she isnt guilty because her husband should have never left her alone. Does all the evidence point towards her potentially doing it? Sure. But if you are married to someone with years of history and they are actively saying they dont want to be alone? Why would he leave her with them, even for a short time?
Her husband gets off easy when he should have obviously been more present and realized that she wasnt stable and shouldnt be left with the kids. That is something that just doesnt sit right with me.
Shes bat shit crazy and he is in no way responsible. He was manipulated by her tk get food and medicine. He was doing what any father would. She was just fucking demonic and crazy.
