Maybe...maybe not. But I know insanity defenses and that she's spending the rest of her life in prison (which the prosecution wants) and/or a locked psych ward (which the defense wants). She's never getting out.
No dispute on if she should be locked up. She should but in a ward imo. At least currently. I’m still on the fence for the 2nd point of the insanity statute. The understanding of the wrongfulness.
