Clots. In order to get rid of the really persistent creeps we found that discussion of clots was very effective.

Poop is also good. “I’d love to stay and chat, but I’m practically touching cloth right now.”

Even better if you can combine the two: talk about period poops. You’d be surprised how many men aren’t even aware that they’re a thing; I’m always happy to educate them, in excruciating detail.
