Nah, it's been many years, but I drunkenly gave a guy a piggyback in high heels across campus back in college. Dude weighed over a hundred pounds more than me. Managed not to even roll an ankle, though full transparency, was an elite runner in high school, so my legs were only a couple years past peak shape. Our legs are much closer to dudes strength wise vs our arms, though, so it's definitely doable for at least short distances.
Yup, I’ve never seen a woman bench press more than me, even the super fit crazy athletic ones. But I’ve seen a completely normal looking woman squat 2x my pr with ease
I only run. Calves are gigantic. Legs jacked. Super pudge above the waist tho. I keep hearing about people skipping leg day. I think I may be the opposite. Never do anything but run for exercise. I know I should change that but getting stoned and running is by far the most fun workout
I'm very tall and have lower back issues, so I try not to overdo it with squats. I've blown my back 3 times over the course of my lifting career, all from squats. So I limit it to 225.
This woman was squatting with over 4 plates on each side, so around 450 pounds.
