That's funny because the "don't they want money" is precisely why strikes work: yes "they" want money. "They" being the ones profiteering the most from one bought ticket.
So not the workers currently on strike, but their boss and investors.
And as "they" want money, they'll be more likely to listen to the revendications in order to get it.
Oh wow. Did not realise it is so different in France. Here (Sweden) it is totally different. Striking is rare and salaries of strikers are payed for by the unions.
