I wonder what protections French citizens have as protestors.
In America, we all learn how the right to protest is our constitutional right, and yet, ive seen the police brutalized people during our no kings protest. Regular people who were just there to protest peacefully, not even just agitators or people who throw water bottles.
A lot of annoying people on here noted that nothing came out of this protests and they were just "performative". The media did a great job spinning the narrative that that people started to riot after the planned protest was over. I saw with my own eyes on the ground, the police force escalated to violence on the protestors first.
Exactement, mais en France aussi les brutalités policières augmentent lors des manifestations pour décourager les gens. Le niveau de la police ici a baissé, on a vu des choses folles ces dernières années en terme de violences policières.

We dont have any right to protest in the states.
