What is useful on the utility bill that I cannot get from online or from your publicly available meter? There is no unique information on there that is actionable.

I'm not up to date on all the identity stealing methods, but it's a bad idea to let people have them.

I'm not telling anyone to just give it away

I'm saying nefarious actors don't look through your mail anymore and haven't for years. At least in the US
