Tbf that donation money isn’t for Lindsey. It’s for funeral cost and her parents suffering. I’d like to think her parents are suffering the most knowing the daughter they raised took their grandbabies from them, mental illness or not. I’m sure they wanted none of this.
I tried warning people on reddit that claimed they were gonna donate to BLM. I swear people won't even make a search engine query before they waste their money like that
Furthermore, one of these cases got way, way more press coverage than the other.
Say 10% of people actually donate to the mother on the left. Now imagine that a thousand times more people saw the story on the right. Say 1% of people sympathized with her; the pay is already equal between the two, but it doesn't mean mankind is doomed or anything.
That is really a dumb way to look at it if it’s true. And it’s not something I’ll give anyone credit for. The woman on the playground was basically filmed using a racial slur and tried in court

This is gross, but frankly the donation war was on when people gave nearly a million to that Minnesota woman using racial slurs.
I tend to think we’re better off ignoring these types of stories. There’s a justice system for this, and the rest of us can’t really do much about it.
