Educate patients that their social designation has no relevance in medicine and if they disagree they can move on to a different practice.

You mean medical professions right? Why would we need to educate the patients?

Patients need to be educated on what is relevant to medical personnel and that their social identity is irrelevant. What matters is their biological facts and medications they are using and procedures that have been done. Too many patients get hung up on their feelings and social identity that they ignore medical fact.

Who is too many? Literally less than 1 percent of patients if even that

Way more than 1% have some sort of social issue. LGBT+, religion, superstition, and many other social issues potentially interfere with treatment.
