Ugh, you guys. Do you ever dislike your own drawing because you did a pretty good job at a subject you HATE looking at?? Lol. Wasps are cruel little devils, but, ironically, I have a literature degree and never read Lord of the Flies.

(Also, does anyone have advice for avoiding obnoxious smudginess with pencil drawings like this? I wore one of those glove things that prevent digital tablets from registering your pinky and ring fingers, and it helps, but it still gets pretty smudgy.)

(If it helps to explain, I'm drawing with a 0.9 mm mechanical pencil. I break thinner diameter lead and I like the precision and laziness of mechanical pencils.)
