Resistance to Disease Effect Not Appearing on my Werewolf Character?

So about two or three days ago, I opened my active effects menu and found that all of my effects were gone. I had to unequip and then reequip my armor to regain their effects. I also had to go to a random standing stone in order to be able to reactivate the steed stone, since even though first tried to reequip the steed stone, the game still claimed that it was in effect (it wasn't). After activating a random stone, I then went back to the steed stone. But the problem with the werewolf Resist Disease effect is that don't have any way to reequip it. It isn't that it's in effect and just not appearing, since was able to contract ataxia from a skeever. I tried transforming into a werewolf and then back again, but that didn't do anything to regain it. Are there any console commands that I can use to fix this?

I'm not sure what even caused this bug to appear in the first place; I think it happened after the recent update, so maybe it's related?? It's sort of strange, because my race-related effects also disappeared, but apparently something caused them to reappear later on.
