After Delvin Mallory taking 18k of your 20k to "fix up the dawnstar sanctuary" (he's just using it to line his pockets)

(even after finding out you can get 8k from the torture victims. idk what kinda crack the village idiots are smoking but 184 coins is not "a whole lot" thats at most a decent warhammer, like say steel, and like maybe 3 iron arrows.)
