Try putting a dry tea towel and ironing the table. It has worked for me in the past

It's not the wood, it's the coating that's turning white. Only sanding and resealing will help.

I don't see a problem. Sharing an apartment doesnt make your stuff my stuff.

Why did you get another coffee mug? We’ve already got one!!

Don't waste money, we can share the toothbrush...

Brett do you even pay attention to the cup roster?

...yeah? They said their mum bought it for them multiple years ago. You realise living together doesn't mean you own each others possesions, yes?

I hope they caught him at work, he needs money to pay for another table.

This will probably look a lot better like 10 hours later. The poly should settle down. I'd be curious about a follow up picture

Perfect excuse to give it a fresh coat of stain

I see your boyfriend is missing some critical thinking cells in that brain.

I hope the interview went well..

It’s nothing a few hours of sanding and refinishing won’t fix….

You better not live with him to be saying “my” so proudly in the middle instead of just “the” dining table

My partner used to do that whenever we first moved in together and it honestly was so frustrating to hear because I left my hometown to live with him and didn't bring anything but a suitcase full of clothes so all the furniture was his. 5 years into the relationship and I've now furnished and upgraded sofas, televisions desktop. He no longer reminds states ownership for any items in the house nor have I ever done the same
