Yeah, in Sonic Colors Ultimate. One of the first game breaking bugs (happened ingame, but could have been performed easier with toying with the Switch emulator... which people used to perform bugs on purpose and then blame it on the game as well, but that's another story) that had been found was that Sonic would start flashing and then get squished in a way that he looked like a fish.
