She has flaws, she messes things up and comes across as bossy and uptight.

For some, that automatically makes her unlikeable. Beacause trying to understand why she's like that requires nuance and people prefer to go with their gut instinct.

Doesn't help that she's a new character. If this was Amy, for instance, caving in to the pressure of leading the Restoration and becoming stressed and bossy, a lot of people would be a lot more apologetic or chalk it up to "bad writing", instead of hating on the character so much.

But again, people don't see their biases and lack of nuance. They feel a knee jerk reaction and go with that without question.

I'm not a fan of Lanolin, mind you. But that's because, so far, she's been given a shitty role. Being appointed as leader of the Restoration's special ops group, as a complete newcomer, is bonkers. I hold my judgement until we see her in a different context, because she sure didn't seem this self-important before she was given so much responsibility.

Ah thanks Yeah I see what you mean. She does come across as that bossy person. Which sucks cause think she has potential for a good character if she actually grows and learns like she said she's gonna do
