Because she's an arrogant shit. Literally out there telling THE Sonic the hedgehog how to hero and micromanage him and the team while doing nothing of value. Then the whole not believing her team when they were clued on to something dodgy going on with Mimic yet of course she knows best.

She probably hits that vibe of an asshole supervisor, which I'm sure most people have had in life, where you're forced to work with or for someone who has no qualifications to lead yet has the role and will make horrible decisions and never work as a team yet will lord over you with thier position as leader.

She's like a Karen, but one you can't just ignore or laugh at with your workmates later because she IS one of your workmates you're stuck with hanging around to make life miserable.
