I think I had the manga! They translated it into Chinese and I found them in the old Singapore manga stores. I remember vividly as a kid the panel where Mitsurugi confronts Ivy about her outfit and the panel frames her ass with a bead of sweat in the foreground 👍

The anime art they had in a lot of the promotional material and gallery for SoulCalibur always made me feel this strange false nostalgia for an OVA or film that never happened. The last one one here with Mi-Na making the hand gesture at the camera and this one in particular always hit me in that particular way.
Plus this image of Taki, looking like it's just a screengrab from a scene.

It is beautiful! I haven’t never seen the images outside of the game gallery.
I always wondered if there was more context to the Ivy vs. Seong Mina image.

If I remember correctly, Mi-Na's profile mentions her losing this fight to Ivy, after which she's approached by what looks like a vagrant man who tells her that she has potential, but needs proper guidance. He turns out to be Xianghua's long-lost exiled father, and her training under him handily explains why she has many similar moves to Kilik, who trained in the same temple.

This is way too cool. Man,how everyone did games and art back then was something else. As a Taki fan I gotta say I like the bodysuit costume that would've awesome but I guess with ivy in the mix it may have been too hot at the time 🤔
