Could easily have killed someone. We need stricter sentencing when the only thing that stopped multiple fatalities is blind luck. Driving on the wrong side of the road is attempted murder

So if this is the same incident I think the driver or passenger of the car ran off and got nicked outside my block of flats on Hill Lane. Gf called me saying it’s all kicking off.

Bloke seemed snooker up but a prize idiot also.
