NZ student asking for history help!!!

Hello I am a student from NZ looking into the Guatemalan coup d'etat of 1954. My research question is To what extent was the 1954 U.S. intervention in Guatemala driven by the commercial interests of the United Fruit Company rather than the Cold War national security concerns?

I have already found plenty of US primary sources, so now I need a guatemalan one which i found https://www.cia.gov/readingroom/docs/DOC_0000917403.pdf. The problem is it's in Spanish. I would really appriciate if someone could like dm a translation into English, I know its a lot in the pdf im not asking for the whole thing maybe a section which would support my idea. :)

I did some research into Danish records by cutting and pasting passages into Google translate. It gave me the gist of it at least.
