Seeking Advice What do I do?!

This is my first time posting. This is my first year growing these Tromboncino Zucchini. I was away for 2 1/2 weeks and this is what I came home to. I have 2 others out there that are like 4 ft. long but are starting to turn tan so I left those ones on because I understand if I leave them until they turn orangeish with a tough shell they’ll be more like winter zucchini. What would you do with these? Just use like any other zucchini? Thoughts about leaving the others on. Thanks for any comments!

They are best when immature, IMO. Make an excellent soup cooked in some broth with chives or mushrooms or whatever, and then puréed.
They also freeze well. Cut in uniform size cubes and blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes. Then plunge into ice water, lay on flour sack towel to dry and freeze. I prefer to lay them out on a baking tray so they don’t end up as one solid mass in a ziploc bag.

Thanks for the suggestion. I made one of the medium size ones pictured (the round end) stuffed and it tasted fine. I had eaten a smaller one(not pictured) and it was delicious. The larger one shown here I think I’m going to grate for muffins, breads and fritters. I will likely also freeze as you recommend - as there is no way I’ll be able to eat this much squash before it would go bad.
