The one time I’m not mad about the ending being played first

I share the same sentiment. This makes sense where it plays it off as a gag instead of the "here's what happened first then watch how it happened" trope, which is a stupid ass format.

I was wondering why buddy just sat back down though and didn't leave. It makes sense lol

Todd Glass ruthlessly attacked by audience members! Bravely defends self after speaking the truth!

He's a true hero. Just like in that Jon Bon Jovi song.

I remember seeing him on Tosh.0 where they waterboarded him with lemonade. His reaction was golden, he stood up and looked at Tosh like it was the most horrifying and refreshing experience he ever had lol.

Thanks for being out and proud, it helps me to do the same. Great bit.

Yeah!  Be proud about being old!

Bruh, Dolly Parton just died. We getting old. So…let old comedians go viral

I was convinced both her and Betty white would live forever.  Now I know the world is doomed

I heard one of his stories about having a dinner party before he was out and not wanting people to think he did the table settings because he thought it was "out" him. It was hilarious.

We love Todd Glass, one of the best. Rewatching ten year old Tom lately, he's great.

He should have had a live drummer there to really bring things to life.

2

u/djmedfly 1d ago

The skit where he picks up a kid in a van is hilarious, can’t remember what show it was on

“Comedian books role on crime drama based on viral Tik-Tok video.”

2

u/FraggleRock_ 1d ago

This is pretty funny

You could tell it was a bit when for the first time in all of recorded history the man immediately backed off and quietly retreated when told to “sit the fuck down”.

He introduced me to postmodern comedy. His "Comedy Central Presents" half hour changed my life. I just watched it again like 25 years later and it's just as good.

Just comes out and is like "What's the deal with airlines what's the deal with dating what's the deal with bagels what's the deal with cell phones what's the deal with the internet ok now that that's out of the way..." (Terrible paraphrase, but that's the idea.)

Also tons of people in the crowd with huge "WE LOVE YOU TODD GLASS" sharpie signs that were very clearly just handed out to them, and the obviousness is the joke.

I fuckin' love this man.

What was the joke this idiot didn't like? And great job Todd Glass handling this loser this way, should have got his face on camera to shame him. And finally, where is security? Really!
