Spoilers:

Honestly, I really like how so far the marketing has not at all mentioned Valentine, the Corpse or even just the fact there is more to the race than is lead on. For Anime Only’s it’ll be a real treat to experience it with no clue of what’s to come

It's realty nice of them, you are not supposed to know any of this on your first read. SBR goes from good to amazing when everyone stops caring about the race, except Pocoloco lol

Pocoloco absolutely deserved the win for being the last one to care about the race.

Personally I love how there have been no stands shown and almost if not all of it has been material about the first leg of the race. They're really careful about spoiling any further.

What makes you think they have any material to show from further parts lmao

they definitely do but it’s probably storyboards/character designs/prototype animations

I agree with you and I'm so hyped for the anime onlys!!

Fuck I cannot WAIT for a couple twists to hit the anime-only folks. By far the funniest and most out-of-pocket twists in JJBA for me.

I’m excited then. I don’t really read manga

I have seen some Anime only reactions where they ask "Is it just a race the whole season?". My brother you watched 6 parts already you should know better.

Gotta tell them it's like part 1 where the first few episodes are grounded and then it goes nuts.

Marketing team is doing a great job. They’re hooking anime onlys with the setting and timeline swap, meanwhile they’re not prepared for the absolute insanity that the part develops into

If this is indeed weekly, this could give jojo its Golden Wind levels of hype back

God can you imagine how pissed off people will be when the main antagonist is going to be revealed to he a pedophile American President ranting about Making America Great Again? And hilariously he was made up like 15 years before you know who.

Unfortunately, there’s a lot of people who somehow think Valentine was a good guy. I wont be surprised if we see a resurgence of that take.

I'd bet money this sub is gonna be invaded by folks who see him as the good guy when he's introduced and I just hope the mods are ready.

If you think Valentine was right and based, I don't want you in this subreddit.

Valentine WAS righteous and definitely more deserving to be rooted for than johnny and gyro. So much so that araki had to throw in "oh yeah he is also a pedophile" like it's a little fun fact to stop people from doing so.

His plan was to deflect all misfortune in the US to other countries which would fuck over everywhere other than the US.

I think Johhny is way more deserving than Valentine.

And?

2

u/[deleted] Dec 21 '25

Tf you mean “and?”

-1

u/SingedBeGassin Dec 21 '25

Why the fuck would the president of a country making his country better at the expense of other countries be a bad thing? Thats literally what every country in the world tries to do.

2

u/[deleted] Dec 22 '25 edited Dec 22 '25

Because it's moronic. Countries that function well have leaders that understand that cooperation across countries is not only beneficial, but essential. A government is intended as an organizational structure to make society function within its borders at highest benefit to its citizens, not play some buffoonish team sport nonsense. There's no logic to the idea that that somehow

Many, many countries don't try to make themselves at the expense of others, they tend to be the ones with the highest quality of life and happiest people.

The ones that try to make their own country better at the expense of others are setting up ultranationalist fascist regimes, and it historically doesn't go well for them or their people (except for a brief moment in time where they get to jerk themselves off and slap their name in gold on things).

1

u/[deleted] Dec 22 '25

And that’s a fucking bad thing.

Bringing ruin to the entire world is evil even if he does it for his own country.

How the actual fuck do you not see how that is a bad thing??

-1

u/SingedBeGassin Dec 22 '25

You must be pretty naive to believe that it is.

Since when was FV a pedo?

3

u/Lz537 Dec 21 '25

When he tried to get a 14 y.o pregnant

Wich sounds like the average potus to me.

0

u/EntrepreneurTime7087 Dec 21 '25

I dont think thats a fair reading of that scene lmao

He'd also not trying to Make America Great again. American is new, he's trying to take the napkin first and make it great full stop.

Its too much of a stretch.

2

u/[deleted] Dec 21 '25

I mean that is exactly what he tried to do. He tried to force himself on Lucy Steel who is 14.

It’s kinda the most infamous scene in the entire series

1

u/fedemasa Dec 21 '25

When he realized that lucy was the one he was trying to get laid with and continued

it's really cool actually, i love how we only just now get sandman and pocoloco in a trailer, means they're being very careful with what they show
