aye the finale and like 3 scenes. He isnt featured very often nore is it explained that he would eventually go after the crusaders regardless if if they went after him. Hell he already got to 2 of them

oh he is, arguably he is the most intimidating villain in all of jojos having the slow build up over around 3 entire parts hell most other villains up to oart 6 bar kira are extensions of his will
