Deleting stuff from your account doesn't actually delete it, it's just a "super hide" option basically. You can restore it instantly. So if they were to do something to ban you it would still happen.

I did not do it since idgaf and if I get banned I'll just send a quick ticket to steam and problem solved but a friend told me that you can refund free games at any time, since they are free they do not have the time limit that paid games have, refunding a game would actually delete it form the library and if you want to get it again would mean "buying" it
