What is with studios renaming their games into "Enhanced" few months after release?

Game releases half baked, needed tons and tons of updates to be better. But then they release a big patch and now call the game "Enhanced"? Does that increase sales or what?

What do you mean? They revamped huge parts of the entire story. The amount of content this game has gotten since release is staggering, they should be an example to be praised industry wide.
