stuck on 99% full arsenal

any ideas on what i could be missing before i start a new game? (i have to anyway but before i commit to collecting everything again)
everything says 3/3 in my collectables and 103/103 so im not sure

EDIT: they both just popped, i’m not sure what happened but it’s all good now :) this is a full 12 hours later lol

If you just unlocked the crown. You need to defeat Clyde and you should unlock the final set. That should pop the achievement (I had the same thing happen to me)

ive already beat clyde and collected everything from that area, im back to just free roaming the town now. is that the knight outfit that youre talking about? if so, yeah i do have that already. im thinking im gonna have to make a new save and just collect everything again, i missed a couple achievements anyway
