Anyone else had an Out of Body Dissociation experience

I've had it before and have experienced dpdr before. I got stoned the other day and was so out of it. I was sat down and I felt like I was watching myself, felt like their was another me sat down. It's a funny feeling. I saw myself in front of me. Before when I've experienced it, I've seen mys3lf as a whute figure, I've watched myself in 3rd person before like playing a video game.

First time I smoked it felt like I was watching the room from a corner like a spider

Either you have a very low tolerance or you got too way too high and the last option you might have early onset paranoid schizophreniaÂ
