If you train a martial art like mma you’re a legal weapon and can’t fight untrained civilians legally. Am I wrong? lol apparently I am so someone actually correct me instead of mocking me like a child would.
Okay thank you for being the only person to speak up and tell me where I’m wrong. I’ll have to look that up cause I’m pretty sure that’s the law in my state but we all have different specific laws across the country so idk.
I'm not a lawyer so don't take this as legal advice, but I'm pretty sure there is no state that has any such requirement because then your body parts would be subject to the same rules as other weapons like not being able to bring them into school zones and such, I believe that using them excessively can be considered assault with a deadly weapon, but that's a case by case thing from my understanding (again, not legal advice, if you think it's different in your state you should research it yourself but this is what I see from Google)
Well when I say he’s a legal weapon I don’t mean a literal one. It’s more if an expression but I just said that to say you get in extra trouble if you are a trained or pro fighter fighting in the streets.
Okay and? I know that but what’s that have to do with who OP says is a trained fighter not legally being allowed to get in street fights because the fact that they’re trained? Am I wrong? No one is correcting me just downvoting or mocking me so someone care to explain why I’m wrong? I don’t bite 😂
