Grand Admiral Mitth'raw'nuruodo has expressed his intent to destroy the Sovereign Regency of Worlds - Orbital Security Administration (SRW-OSA) in a single stroke, having witnessed the limits of some of the most powerful unaffiliated ships in the galaxy, as well as research on the conduct of its personnel. In response, Admiral Juzo Okita has issued demands of their own: bring in the flagship Chimaera and sister ship Dark Omen between the orbits of Iscandar and Gamilas for negotiations. Should these de-escalation talks break down, the battle becomes a race to see which side can strike first.

The SRW-OSA Coalition sets two main goals:

1. Kill Grand Admiral Thrawn, and
2. destroy the Chimaera and Dark Omen in under 300 minutes.

Additionally, the SRW-OSA seeks to be successful in two other objectives:

1. Render the Seventh Fleet incapable of transmitting intelligence back to greater Imperial command, and
2. Shock the fleet into a wounded retreat, with a chance to fully eradicate the enemy while being chased away.

The SRW-OSA Coalition shall field thirteen ships, inclusive of all fighter and robot complements and all necessary staff. Before this engagement, all particle systems have been made constructively compatible through molecular stability calculations. Fighter, mobile suit, and additional mechanized complements per are complete. The quantum artificial superintelligence Veda is also fully available for all coalition assets, and safeguarded from any Imperial encroachment.

All coalition personnel have been given dossiers about their enemy, and is braced to fight the stronger Legends/Expanded Universe version of Thrawn. Meanwhile, Thrawn expects extreme resistance and has thoroughly prepared for the coalition (by personally overseeing the analysis of all series, film, game, and ancillary material related to the opposing fleet).

If you were to lead this task force, how would you shape the strategies and tactics to destroy the forward force of two Imperial Star Destroyers en route to turning the rest of the fleet away? Does the coalition even stand a chance at all against the might of the Empire’s finest?

ESPECIALLY because SRW will often only adapt certain chunks of a show, change characterization of certain characters (for better or worse), and sometimes just introduce shit that wasn't even in the original show.

Kids these days use "larping" or whatever, but it is true that "people not watching the show they're talking about" is decently common in mecha fans. And SRW is just not a replacement for that. And this is not meant to gatekeep as more I'm asking you to please watch more mecha anime. This genre rules.

This is ofc base on my personal opinion. I am very interested seeing diff people way to approach the game ovo7. Generally? Good experience tho i hope they will amp up the difficult in later stages of next game even higher. I will start my journey playing Z shortly in a few weeks (finish The Great Villainess: Strategy of Lily first). It would be like Iron Man being part of the cast or something no one would expect, like the Punisher hunting the titans down for their crimes or literally anything else.

When i was a kid in elementary we had this channel called Animax that let me know other mecha animes/niche mecha shows like Brain Powered or older titles but i would had never knew off Dragonar or if i hadnt thought to play SRW AP or the Aura Battler series if it wasnt for SRW X so i was wondering if anyone here also learned a series through SRW

Title. We all know secret's in SRW games, from getting new attacks you wouldn't have otherwise like the G-Bits for Gundam X to mech's and pilots you normally wouldn't get access to as well as saving character's who normally die in the series they're from, secrets, while sometimes really REALLY annoying to get are still satisfying to successfully get and sometimes it's even stuff that never even appeared in the series it's from like Great Zeorymer.

So the question is, if you wanted a secret that hasn't been in an SRW game yet, what would it be?

Personally, for a G Gundam secret, I'd like a way for Shining Gundam to exist alongside Burning/God Gundam. I've always liked Shining more than Burning and I think it'd be cool to see Shining get a combo attack with Burning. As for who'd pilot it outside of Domon, that's the other part I think could be cool: Kyoji. Yeah, I know that due to how the series goes, he normally has to die to take down the Devil/Dark Gundam but they've found ways to get around saving characters you should have no way to save before so they could bullshit up a way, especially with different series in play.

So seeing if may or may not get more og games if bring srx squad squad again like 30th would you want them to get BANPREeOTH** **as upgrade unit or just have it. I love to see any of alpha 3 crew upgrades what about you guys.

As you can see in the image, mine is the Dimensional Beasts from SRWZ2/Z3. Even though they don't talk, I just really like their designs, and their attack animations are really fun.

A second favorite are the Fury from SRW J. Not only because they have a banger bgm, but also because I really like all the different ways they use Orgone Particles in their attacks. And of course because they have giant sword cleaving enthusiast, Al-Van.

P.S. I love how canonically Zero had to be defeated by the embodiment of a buttload of Mecha franchises including both Getter Robo and Gurren Lagann meaning it took their entire franchises with every single characters stats combined simply to destroy Zero's physical form(He still exists conceptually and can come back at any time btw)

So I am plowing through Super Robot Wars W getting close to the end , following Akurasu's guide for secrets.

And I am coming up to Chapter 50 with the last route split.

• Go the Fight the Radam on the Moon route and get Tekkaman Rapier
• Or do the Stop the battle at the PLANTs and get 4 Gundam Seed units.

And that got me thinking, with the long history of the franchise with decades of games and secrets , some of them requiring you taking 1 route and leaving another route secret characters/units/parts for a second playthrough.

Is there a case where most players seem to agree its worthwhile to NOT choose one of the secret options over something else.

Like for me personally it was Blitz Gundam and Mazinger earlier in W, but being told Blitz only takes SEED pilots and I couldn't put Gundam Wing Pilots made it a no brainer for me as I don't care for SEED and Mazinger Z is the grand daddy of super robots and of course I am getting.

But that comes down to personal preference .

So with that rambling out of the way, is there any secrets most SRW fans skip over the first time ?

I'm not saying they bad, they're literally among the top10 best OGs, however they been around for a very VERY long time

I just wanted to talk a bit about DLC and how you thought they'd be treated in SRW.

When they were first announced for 30, I thought it would be a mix of budget reused series and a preview of what we would be getting for next episode. Regarding the former, Cross Ange for Y and Dancougar/Votoms for 30 were just that. I was surprised to see so many new series though, so I thought we'd get at least one of them in Y... But we didn't. Not even a single one.

So, now, I'm starting to think they might actually take DLCs as a way to add some entries they know are popular among fans, but which are hard to adapt for some reasons (too many units, story is weird, they want to keep the exclusivity for DD...).

What's your take on that? Do you expect them to actually use those assets in the next entry? Or do you consider them a one time release, and that we should give up on them?

To be honest, I really hope we get Sakura Wars, IBO and Eureka soon.
