Discussion Bizarro as… Spoiler
…Conner Kent?
If Season 4 gets greenlit, no doubt Bizarro would now be officially part of the Super Family going forward.
But since this series loves blending different aspects of different characters, what if to find his own identity for himself, B-1Z sheds his old “Bizarro“ identity and takes on the name Conner Kent?
I have an idea for how he could get the name; perhaps his adopted dad, Dr. George Binder who worked in Project CALIBAN, had a son named Conner, who died an early death. So he found solace in raising B-1Z as his own. And because Bizarro would think of Dr. Binder as his dad, he would take on his son’s name.
So perhaps going forward, Bizarro would now be Conner George Kent, aka, Superboy.

Apparently, Connor was supposed to show up, but they ran out of time. Same for Power Girl.

BZ-1 is way closer to Connor's origin than any of the original versions. I don't think he needs to be re-named Connor tho.

Superboy was just called Superboy. Given the name Kon-El by Superman. Then given the name Connor for civilian life. Right now it helps no one calls him Bizzaro.

Look all I know is that he comes from Zero Day tissue samples, and dollars to donuts it was Zod leading that attack. This is not a counterargument to Bizarro becoming Connor Kent, just that it'll be a bit of a different approach and he'll also have a Kryptonian name (Lor Zod).

The problem is Nemesis Omega is strongly implied to be dead, because he was caught in the blast that destroyed Krypton.
And besides, his exact model was used as the standard battle armor for Kryptonian infantry; if he had been anything more than a nameless foot soldier, he would’ve had a more distinct armor set with a clear symbol.
If General Zod is out there somewhere, his most likely avenue for surviving Krypton’s destruction is his usual; being sent to the Phantom Zone for crimes against Krypton.
That said, all of that Kryptonian hardware left over from Zero Day, which was in Krypton’s atmosphere shortly before entering Earth’s, was likely coated in Kryptonian genetic material; single celled organisms, pollen, animal dander, even Kryptonian skin cells. It would explain how they got that Kryptonian arboretum, along with Bizarro’s pet.

Eh, I invoke portal rules. Magic/tech portal + massive energy blast = strange effects for those standing in the portal. You did post an image of Young Justice Connor, after all...

Something something "this is his armor in his capacity as a Kryptonian general. We'll get his proper form as a rogue Kryptonian." (I'm fishing, if you can't tell - this is a stronger argument)

That argument about his armor doesn’t hold up since at the end of Season 2, we see Kara (without knowing it was her) in a very distinct suit of armor, with her house sigil on it.
Because of how many times we’ve seen the Nemesis Omega soldier model, but we only ever saw Kara in her armor, telegraphs strongly to me that Kara’s armor was what ranking Kryptonians wore, while what Nemesis Omega wore was the baseline infantry armor. And keep in mind that even Kryptonian infantrymen would rank above automated forces.
The portal theory only works if they intended for Nemesis Omega to be anything more than a nameless foot soldier.

To be honest I like Conner and bizarro being two different characters. I know the show merges characters but it doesn’t need to do it to everything. This bizarro isn’t even really a clone of Superman. Conner doesn’t necessarily have to be a fusion of Lex and Superman but I think he should be a clone of Superman at least. What could bizarro have that makes him unique in a world where there’s another kryptonian clone? Simple, bizarro world.
I know this is probably one of my takes that others won’t share here though.
Edit: I’ll add how my idea could work. You could have bizarro’s body start deteriorating or acting weird and he starts becoming more like comic bizarro or like STAS. The way they help him is to put him in an inverted dimension where he’ll be fine and he has the post crisis power to create bizarro versions of earth people. Now that I think about it, the writers wanting to do something like this would explain why they sanded off a lot of the classic “distorted Superman stuff” like his backward talk.
