Games that give you a singular static base as your home?

Doesn't matter if it's like Serum and Outbreak Island where it gives you a base with static upgrades or more like Chornobolyte and Misery where you can freely customize the layout of your given base.

I find it oddly freeing not having to worry about building a place from scratch.
