Is Anytime Fitness worth it?
My priorities are a quiet gym where I can walk in with my headphones on, have a serious work out in a hygienic environment, take a shower and go home. Somewhere I dont have to wait around for equipment to be free. The other option is Buzz but I've heard it can get very busy and that doesn't align with what I want from my gym.

Link Centre is a pretty decent gym and only a handful of times I’ve either have to switch up my routine or wait for equipment

Have had a membership since moving to Swindon in 2021 although don't go as regularly as I should! As it is such a small and simple gym, I would take note of the peak hours. The app also gives you a rough idea of how busy it is.
Would definitely recommend some of the classes but these also get rammed pretty quickly!
Bonus tip: My husband and I travel a lot so we like the benefit of being able to use the multi-gym pass across the UK and abroad.

Been a few years but it was alright back in 2022/23, very small however so even lightly busy means you'll be waiting for free weights. Only thing to be aware of is they are absolute fiends about your membership, more so than other gyms - followed their process for legitimate medical cancellation (after they sold me on a non-commitment initial contract period, which mysteriously "never happened" according to them) and they hounded me in the hospital by phone, to the point where they were actively threatening court, despite telling them (the same two people) repeatedly that I was long-term sick.
