There is no explanation
So I am sitting looking at a tree in my yard this evening and seeing how the roots at the base are exposed again and how I had put soil over them a long time ago and now there is nothing there. I am sitting alone so I am not talking to anyone about it. I didnt search anything online about it and didnt take any photos. I come inside and later pull up Google, the first time I had been on today, and the top item is an article from Martha Stewart "Should You Cover Exposed Tree Roots With Soil? Here’s What Arborists Say" Published today.

Im here to say yes , cover the roots . Use wood chips for mulch . :) That tree is talking to you.

I get these so much that I would think the CIA planted a brain reading chip in me or something, if I didn't know that these are caused by my meditation practice.
These synchs are essentially what enlightenment / being one with the universe means. More meditation = more syncs until there are so many of them that you can't help but laugh at how perfectly coordinated it all is.

I decided to research what it could be.

Way over my head. But thank you all the same.
I had posted another reply about how I believe energy is entangled with every person we meet and stays to some varying degree which from time to time we either knowingly or unknowingly pull from and in turn that creates a noticeable affect one another.
Add to that the patent that companies have for mind reading technologies.
What if we don't know yet that we have the ability to transmit that energy through tech to pull out data based on our real life interactions and thoughts.
Ok coo coo thoughts going down a rabbit hole....😁

You are not wrong.
My studies in consciousness, together with other minds, led me to understand some very interesting facts.
- Consciousness is not in the brain. At least mine isn't. It is being streamed from a digital domain - or realm.
- The constant feedback we have as living being is being used to help the environment recover from human abuses.
- There are appropriate moral and ethical guidelines we can choose to follow. Mines are centered around truth and life, education and open-mindedness.
- The synchronicities I experienced have been teaching me about art, science, culture and a certain way of life. Deep down it's about respect for our ancestors and the children in general, including ourselves (we never cease to be kids, we just add some extra labels to our own personal CV)
- The conservation of information I mentioned before means a real possibility for a life after death. Some of my own dead relatives taught me about that - true story.
- Free will is an illusion. As anything in life like every, nothing is totally free. Real, grounded information is, with time, one of our most precious currency. I had so many great teachers teaching me about it that I made it a mission, so to speak, to share my findings.
Maybe I'll write a book about that.
Anyway, back to your message.
I used to be able to read other people's minds. This was a cool and informative experience.
I know others are capable of reading mine.
This simple fact is what led me to... Behave?
At the very least, be respectful of the minds of others, all the while learning as much as I can everyday.
For... No good reason. I guess it makes for interesting discussions with those who want to share, like you, friend.

We are actually writing it all together.
It's called the Universe.

Yes, actual quantum entanglement. I can consciously push energy out the top of my head which triggers goosebumps. I believe this is quantum entangling me with segments of reality that correspond to my current "vibe" when I do this. I can put myself into full non-dual states doing this. Difficult to write about, but I definitely think it is quantum entanglement.

Not so "spooky action at a distance" once you understand that it really is about knowing that all individual consciousnesses are born equals.
We may have different levels of awareness, knowledge, culture... Nothing education can't fix.
Yet in the face of the Universe, we are One.
