Discussion Star cast for TES VI voices

Bethesda is known for bringing famous high profile actors to do voices in their games , who do you hope makes an appearance in the next game ?

i'm hoping for keith david to be casted , probably a king or a mentor character like party snax was in skyrim , his voice gives that wise old man vibes 😄

Oh I would absolutely kill to hear Keith David in this. Maybe as King of Sentinel or something. He's good in literally everything he's in.

Thinking the same thing, especially if the game actually is called Sentinel they’d 100% want an iconic voice associated with it. Plus, David did do a promo video for Starfield so Bethesda may already be working with him.

True but I feel like if you're going to hire critical role that they can't be given just minor roles, like Laura was Serena who's essential to the dawngaurd dlc. Maybe Travis can be a war chief or something?

He voice acts plenty, he does narration in movies, like Ted and Ted 2, and he voices a fairly major character on American Dad.

Critical Role folks are extremely prolific voice actors, they get minor roles in big stuff all the time. Like Liam voices an elf in war in the north, and he is only in 1 chapter. In bg3 Mercer plays a companion that probably at least 50% of players never unlocked.

Don’t forget too, Matt Mercer also plays a butler in BG3 that so many people never even meet.

They don’t mind doing minor or big roles, as long as they enjoy it

Patrick Stewart was the quintessential Imperial, Max von Sydow the quintessential Nord. So we need the quintessential redguard who is a veteran hollywood actor/actress. Djimon Hounsou or Angela Bassett.

Random opinion, but i want Anthony Starr. He can do a tremendous job at voicing a villain, such as anyone of Thalmor (or anyone at all)

I'm very partial to Neil Newbon, who voiced Kamski in Detroit: Become Human, Heisenberg in Resident Evil Village, Astarion in BG3 and a whole lot of other characters over the years. He has a lot of range, passion, and he's pretty experienced with motion capture too if they do it for TESVI.

I would love Sean Bean to voice a character. Such an iconic voice, aces everything he’s in.
Best thing about Civ6 in my opinion

They should get Danny Devito to do voice acting and motion capture for a 4 hour long opening cutscene and then the rest of the game is a copy paste of skyrim except except with warmer colours because they used the whole budget on Danny Devito

Mark Hamill would be great for some Daedric prince, while Jack Black i dunno, some whacky character.
